Experience – One of my most favourite property when it comes to staying in one of the Luxury Hotels in India. Opulent, Royal, Rich, Fabulous Architecture and simply breathtaking. It’s a great Hotel for Leisure and Business Travelers. I stayed there with my family for 2 nights. Since i had spent 2 years in Delhi, I am well aware of Delhi surroundings and during this holiday, I wanted to stay near central Delhi as my work was mostly around that area. Now it’s very important to be in right location as Delhi Traffic is unpredictable and unimaginable. You do not want to get stuck on Delhi roads during peak summer or peak winter time. It can take you easy 1 hour to 2.5 hrs. to go from North to South and weather plays a very important role. Delhi heat is not easy to take in if you know what I mean!

When it comes to amenities and services, Leela is absolutely amazing, they boast every imaginable amenity. Five star luxurious dining, amazing bar, finest breakfast you can wish for and world renowned spa. They just get 10 out of 10 in everything you can think of.

Do not miss Leela’s amazing roof top temperature controlled Pool. It’s one of the best roof top pool in Delhi.

Nearby Attractions – Qutb Minar, Akshardham Temple, Kingdom of Dreams, India Gate, Lotus Temple, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Jama Masjid, Humayun Tomb, The Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Jantar Mantar. If someone has less time, best is to do hop on hop off Bus tour.

For Shopping: Chankyapuri leather market. A great place for some leather shopping. If lucky you can get Salvatore Ferragamo bag for £30.00 (All original from the factory outlets) Nearby Flea market Janpath, Palika bazaar, Dilli Haat, Emporio Mall, Saket city walk, Sarojini Market (Flea Market), Lajpat Nagar Market.

Applause Moment – Oh!!! Did I mention, it was my mother in Law’s birthday and they saw her dob in her passport at the time of check in and manager was very kind who brought an amazing chocolate cake for all of us and friends who were supposed to join us later. They also got complimentary welcome drinks
